This base flange with kick plate tube clamp/pipe clamp will fit 48.3mm tube. The clamp is manufactured from malleable iron and finished in galvanised steel and complies with B.S. EN1461.

This tube clamp is ideal for guardrailing and balaustrading applications where the addition of a kick plate is required. The slotted holes in the plate allow for easier adjustment and fitting.
